About Winooops PC Repairs

I’m a local Dorset man, born in Poole, with a strong connection to the local community and a lifelong interest in technology. Before moving into the world of business and IT, I proudly served with the 1st Battalion Devonshire and Dorset Regiment, an experience that taught me the importance of discipline, reliability, teamwork and helping others — values that I continue to bring into my work today.

I went on to study Business and Information Technology at Bournemouth University, combining my interest in technology with the practical side of business and customer service.

Today, I’m using that experience to provide friendly, professional and approachable IT support, training and consultancy to individuals, families and local businesses. My aim is simple: to make technology easier to understand and less stressful, whatever your age or level of experience.
